Why do this?
Making regular backup files of any important data you have is always a good idea. In case anything happens to your hard disk, you might want to make a copy of your backup file. The backup files are exact copies of the original files and are saved in the same file format. Backing up is always a good idea to retrieve important information. For example, it can be used in the case in which you buy a new computer and want to view your old emails in your new computer. Or for example, as an employer or employee you may want a back up of a terminated employee's files (to protect you against a claim of wrongful termination) or as an employee you may want to keep your Outlook emails, contacts and past schedules for future reference. In any event you preserve your information for later.


What we do?
We come to your office, using proprietary methods and advanced software we backup your email. You will receive a copy in a local computer as well as on a DVD. For an additional fee, we can make a third copy, and backup your email on an external hard drive. Clients who backup multiple years at a time (5 years or more) receive a complimentary external hard drive.

All external hard drives and/or DVDs with your back up data should be kept in a secure place or vault to protect from fire, burglary and/or water damage.


Who needs this service?
This service is for professionals who need to keep A RECORD OF EVERY ELECTRONIC MAIL or DATA over multiple years. It is not a service for saving a small number of personal emails. For example, this service has been used by politicians running for public office who want to strategize about their list of donors, lawyers advising clients about ongoing litigation or enforcement of agreed upon terms, doctors prescribing a non-conventional treatment, accountants discussing the incorporation of a foreign corporation with their client, etcetera. A back up such as this will enable you to save emails and other electronic data in their original format for easy future retrieval and use.
